    Self care for me starts with having a wash in the morning and applying face cream and body lotion and of course getting day clothes on before heading out for breakie. I find listening to music good for my emotional self care, I like most music and what I listen to depends on who else is here, can’t listen to Nickelback while Tim is home.

        At least my skin was wrinkle free up until I lost so much weight and now the wrinkles I have are caused my lose skin, which is annoying
